Full restoration

A huge challenge with an exceptional result!
The difficulty of this case consisted, first of all, in solving the problems caused by a wrong implant inserted.
A poorly inserted implant has major consequences and makes it impossible to achieve proper, durable prosthesis.
In this case, the wrong positioned implant was inserted into the most difficult area, that of the central incisor, and the results are shown in the images. It was therefore necessary to explant – the extraction of the initial implant, followed by additions of bone and soft tissue and the correct insertion of the new implant.
In order to obtain the correct and aesthetic smile, treatments and retreatments, gum elongations, provisional works were necessary to finally complete the dental crowns and facets.
