Dental implants

The patient presented with a situation of subtotal mandibular and total jaw edentation, with a massive loss of soft and hard dental tissues. Fast& Fixed implants were inserted and, six months after provisional intervention, final prosthetic restorations were performed, screwed onto the implants.
Due to the aesthetic, functional and weight requirements of the restorations we opted for a composite-plated BioHpp skeleton with 90% inorganic ceramic load.
Thanks to the layering of the composite like traditional ceramics and the use of state-of-the-art materials in the manufacture of the skeleton, a special aesthetic result and natural facial integration was achieved.
