Dental implantology

The patient presented in the clinic having a situation of subtotal mandibular and total jaw indentation, with a massive loss of soft and hard dental tissues. Implants were inserted according to the Fast& Fixed concept and, 6 months after provisional intervention, final prosthetic restorations were performed, screwed onto the implants.
Due to the aesthetic, functional and weight requirements of the restorations we opted for a composite-plated BioHp skeleton with 90% inorganic ceramic load. Thanks to the layering of the composite like traditional ceramics and the use of state-of-the-art materials in the manufacture of the skeleton, a special aesthetic result and natural facial integration was achieved.
